SHERTON ENGLISH does not represent or warrant accuracy, certainty or timeliness of the site contents, or the related sites, to which there is access through the SHERTON ENGLISH links.
You specifically acknowledge that SHERTON ENGLISH will not be liable for the content published by users, or for offensive, defamatory or illegal behavior of any third party, and that the risk of damage of the above lies fully on you.
Data Published by the Teachers
You accept that by using SHERTON ENGLISH, you access information of English teachers that advertise themselves through our Web, SHERTON ENGLISH cannot assure knowledge or legality of titles or credits the teachers publish, and cannot ensure their validity or existence, their working method or place where they teach lessons. You must individually enter into agreement with the teacher you decide to contact and ask all the necessary questions and take precautions as deemed necessary, since the SHERTON ENGLISH company cannot warranty identity or accuracy of the information.
The required qualifications of each country must be checked by each user; the term “teacher” is used in general, but was not verified by laws and regulations of each place, as well as restrictions of each country for teaching.
Negotiation between Teachers and Students
SHERTON ENGLISH is not responsible for relations between students and Teachers that take place through use of the Web site. This includes, without limitation, payment and delivery of goods and services, and any other term, condition, warranty or representation related to such negotiations. These negotiations will only take place between the student and the Teacher.
The User accepts that SHERTON ENGLISH will not be liable for losses or damages incurred both by the student and the teacher as a result of such negotiations. In the event of dispute between the parties involved in this site, between teachers and students or between the teachers, SHERTON ENGLISH will not intervene in the dispute. In the event the User has a problem with one or more users, the user hereby holds SHERTON ENGLISH, its agents, employees, representatives and successors, harmless against claims, demands and damages (effective or consequential) of any type or nature, known or unknown, suspected or not, disclosed or not, resulting from or connected in any form to such disputes and/or our service.
